"Chocolate" Room:
-Private double bed room (16m²), welcomes up to two persons,
-Shower room shared with owners familly only (not the other guests)
-Shared use of 2 toilets, kitchenette, large rear terrace (20m²) and parking.
"Double Cream" Room:
-Private double bed room with lounge (32m²), convertible beds, welcomes up to four guests,
-Private terrace (12m²) and bathroom,
-Shared use of 2 toilets, kitchenette, large rear terrace (20m²) and parking.
Rebates:
- starting from 5th night, further rebates, please contact us.
- If you do not wish to take the breakfast, rebate of €2 per unit.
Brussels airport pick-up: €15
Baby sitting: €20/night
Ironing: 2.50/piece
Bicycles (three available): free
Internet cable and Wifi: free
Bookings
A deposit of €50 will be required for each booking (to be paid via PayPal).The balance for the full stay (price minus deposit) is to be settled on the day of arrival.
In the event of a cancellation at least 4 days before planned arrival, the deposit will be refundeed (via PayPal).
Only cash and PayPal transfers are accepted.
Arrival-Departure
We are usually able to welcome you at any time of the day, but please provide us with a good estimate of your arrival time and of course, contact us if you will face some delay. Finally in case of necessity, you can drop your luggage at our neighbours: 15 rue Nestor de Tière (AEGEE).
The rooms are rented from 1:00 pm till 11:00 am, but you can leave your luggage and tour the city out of these hours.
